Environmental Management Technical Service Program
The Environmental Management Technical Service Program provides opportunities for partnership and collaborative problem-solving among state members, federal transportation, and environmental organizations. The Environmental Management Technical Service Program provides support in stormwater, wetlands, air quality, and historic resources. As a result, members strengthen the delivery of their programs in environmental streamlining and stewardship. Additionally, members and topical experts collaborate with AASHTO when submitting comment letters to federal agencies on proposed rules and guidance.
